This class starts out with a somatic exploration of the elements of your inner geography – each individual with their own autonomous landscape, unique to that day.
Through slow time and attention, we create greater space to know ourselves and our physicality, deepening the experience of our creative processes.
As we wake up, we will look for ways to connect this personal and bodily awareness with the environment and people around us. We open our eyes, seeking new ways to receive, exchange, and interpret. Open to what arises, generating energy and responsive to anything.
We will lean into speed, density, form and reflex, sharpening skills, incorporating left-brain and broadening our artistic palette. Integrating 9 points, isolation, and existing patterns with somatic possibility, the class seeks to weave together inner and outer, experience and assertion, receiving and delivering.
