In collaboration with Dancing with Parkinson's Canada and BC Brain Wellness, Inverso is hosting a Vancouver community DWP class! The DWP program is specifically designed for people living with Parkinson's disease and seniors but is beneficial for all older adults who wish to experience the joy of moving to music with us. Using the Dance for PD® Method as its foundation, our research-backed classes provide physical and emotional benefits for those who participate. Taught by Shana Wolfe, this class will begin seated, move to stand behind the chair, and finish with the option of moving through the dance space. All abilities are invited to participate, and the dances can be modified for safe enjoyment. Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome. Care partners are welcome to join in!

Facilitated by Shana Wolfe.
